Critical Façade Inspections

The City of Chicago Department of Buildings requires all buildings, over 7 stories in height, to undergo a critical façade inspection every 4 to 12 years. These inspections must be completed by a licensed architect or engineer. MBB provides services for the licensed architect/engineer to examine the façade and to present a report to the Department of Buildings.

To date, MBB has assisted in over a hundred critical inspections, and continues to be acknowledged in the construction industry as one of the best.
